Mean Pig BBQ

Stopped here on road trip even though we had to go about 15 miles out of our way. Found it through “Man vs Food”, one of my teenage son’s fave tv shows, so we decided to give it a try! Worth the side tracking off our route. Ribs were excellent and HUGE! Half rack was more than enough for my kids and I to share, along with son’s giant pulled pork sandwich and daughter’s kids’ meal pork sandwich.
