Theo Chocolate

I’ve fallen hard for Theo’s gingersnap caramel in milk chocolate. They pour out a chewy molasses caramel, made with sugar, cream and molasses, which is a great start. Then they dose it up with a heart and soul warming combo of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, and vanilla. Made fresh with Theo’s top-notch ingredients, this ingredient list alone would serve as perfect holiday fare. But Theo takes it further, layering in allspice, cardamom, star anise, nutmeg, orange zest, and pepper.
