I am not normally a fan of bone marrow, but holy s. The bone marrow with chimichurri is one of the best dishes we’ve had in a long time. It was sad when it was over. This was one of those meals that kept getting better as the night progressed. Another highlight was the chocolate-bacon bar with salt and pepper ice cream.
