I dig it. They do a pretty great version of my #2 favorite food (tacos al pastor), topped with cilantro and onions only, as should be. The jalapeno salsa (which is usually green, but was red tonight because they got red jalapenos) has a fiery kick that I welcomed with an open mouth.
The rice and beans (which I topped with lots of usually-green-but-red salsa at home) were magically delicious. They were out of horchata (sadface!) but I already know I'm going to be back here plenty of times and will just have to try it later. Apparently I need to try to chips, guacamole, and carne asada too. Got it.
No-frills. Super cheap. Busy on a cold Monday night - people kept coming in! The girl who works the counter is a superstar multitasking machine, and maintains a friendly smile the entire time.
Cash only. Bring it. You won't need much. Probably the best bang for your buck that I've come across in this area. TACOS!
