Nick’s

This restaurant is adorable….it’s decorated with historic photos of the Huntington area, many of them from the railroad. There are booths along the walls, tables in the center, and a lunch counter with vinyl covered stools. I traveled to Huntington for work, and decided I HAD to eat at the “birthplace of the Hoosier Pork Tenderloin sandwich,” even if that meant I wouldn’t be able to make it to the Dan Quayle Museum.
