The Swinery

Definitely the best butcher shop I’ve found in Washington. All of The Swinery’s meat comes from local purveyors in Washington and Oregon (Carlton Farms, Tails and Trotters, Painted Hills, etc.). The quality and freshness of their products is as good as it gets, especially in West Seattle.
