Truck Norris

I cannot get enough of the sisig pork belly tacos and the Notorious R.I.B. bowl! I wish this truck was in Vegas on a regular basis. It’s sooo yummy!

There are a lot of different textures and flavors wrapped in to each bite and it’s all delicious. Plus, Ronnie (it’s gracious owner) added some kimchi for me on top of the Notorious R.I.B. Good lookin’ out, because that addition definitely took it over the top ;)
