As much as I hate lamb meat, I always crave for their famous spicy cumin lamb noodles whenever I come to Biang. Maybe it's the combination of all the awesome grease, salt and spiciness offsetting the unpleasant lamb flavor that I always despise. The hand-pulled noodles have the perfect chewy texture with enough "heat" to give you that tingly feeling that makes you want more. I always feel like I'm eating Rapunzel's hair since the noodles stretched endlessly so they're a bit hard to handle! Don't let that prevent you from ordering the noodles though!
