Frosted Betty

A cute and quaint shop in quiet suburban Katy. I drove out here during spring break hoping to find a fabulous cupcake, I was definitely disappointed. The shop is cute. It’s on a very quiet street set back from the road behind what looks to be a small restaurant. The setting is lovely, but the cupcakes really aren’t.
