Everything about their breakfast sandwich is amazing. Everything. It was huge
and was more than enough for the hubs & me. Like honestly, a 3rd person could
have helped us eat it, but we wouldn’t want anyone else sharing this
amazingness with us. They were super nice and gave us the spicy sauce on the
side (since I’m a wimp but Nate Z. loves anything spicy).

I went here with a larger group on a recent Sunday morning. I felt like an
idiot trying to get into the place, there are several doors that look like the
entrance and the real one was the last I tried.
We took all the elements of the concept we liked — classic American cuisine,
good service, fun atmosphere — and turned it up about 10 notches. We offer
chef-inspired comfort food, local & organic fare, a full bar and a killer beer
& wine list. A finer diner, if you will. And you can stop in anytime. We’re
open 24 hours a day and located downtown in the heart of Central Austin at 6th
and Lamar.
Do yourself a favor and avoid going here to sit down and eat. The place is too
small, it’s always packed with people, and it’s very dirty. So in order to
avoid all that, call ahead, pick up your sandwiches and go to the park and have
your Cuban lunch.
Blackberry Farm, a luxury hotel and resort situated on a pastoral 4,200-acre
estate in the Great Smoky Mountains, is one of the most celebrated small luxury
resorts in the world.
I am very happy to have discovered this place. Before discovering Book Trader
Cafe, I was quite frustrated by the available options near Yale.
I don’t think you can miss here to be honest. I’ve gone here for breakfast
several times and always got the breakfast burrito, which is really good. They
put the hashbrowns inside which is never a bad idea. As much as I hate to admit
it, I’ve had breakfast here and ordered sandwiches to take home for later.
The lemonade stand was started over 50 years ago when Mario’s dad gave him a
hammer and told him to knock a hole in the wall of their general store (the
place that is now Demitasse Restaurant next door). Mario has kept the tradition
that was begun by his grandfather alive by maintaining a steadfast and stubborn
insistence on using only the best ingredients and the correct preparation
methods. The lemons are all squeezed by hand and he only uses real cane sugar.
The inside of the store is…
Finally i show up when the place is open. The chili is made in house from
scratch according to the guy working. Price point was spot on. Actually I
thought the portions were generous. Great food. Only suggestion would be to
stick to a bowl with either rice or mac. The burrito was awesome but a bitch
to eat as the consistency of the chili was just not meant to be held. Put it
in a bowl and all was saved.
Papa Cristo is a restaurant/store serving truly authentic Greek cuisine. They
offer sandwiches, plates, hot/cold appetizers, and salads. The sandwiches are
truly the way to go here. They are HUGE and give you a bit of everything. Just
pick from a choice of meats and they will serve it with a nice helping of Greek
salad all wrapped up in a garlic pita. The creamy tzatziki sauce on the side is
a MUST! I ordered the chicken breast ($6.99) and the boyfriend had the donor
($6.99). Really can’t…
Bomb diggity! Just ate here for lunch. Try the “Sidwhich.” Made one happy
customer out of the picky eater that I am. And get the mini donuts! Not a
huge donut fan but these were a great decision-was going to save some for the
friend I’m staying with, but I ate em all! lol. Cool seeing them made right in
front of you.
