Gorilla Barbeque

We have been cooking so much lately that when we do eat out we tend to try to figure out how to make it ourselves, but 1) I couldn’t figure out the spices (not too sweet or not corn syrupy-tasting, not too spicy) and 2) I didn’t want to! I just want to find excuses to go to Pacifica every weekend now so we can get some more. Next time, definitely the 3-meat platter.
