Valley Kitchen & Bar

After much anticipation of trying Valley, I will say this - it was fantastic. Some of our GlutenFree219 community members told us about this freshly unique-rustic-contemporary hotspot when we started harvesting our list of restaurants in the Region to test out for healthy gluten-free options. We have been trying to make our way over there ever since and wish we wouldn’t have waited so long!

We couldn’t have picked a nicer spring evening to walk around the downtown Valparaiso square. I brought my mom, she isn’t one to be very adventurous when dining and has no medicinal reason to be gluten-free but it was our “date” night and she was actually up for this dinner. She likes “helping” me out with our GlutenFree219 mission!
