Old Original Nick’s Roast Beef

I am ridiculously mad at myself for not trying the gravy fries.
Like. Actually. Truly. Ridiculously. Mad.

But whatever I’ll live. This sandwich ties together two things that should always go hand in hand. It is both cheap and delicious. The provolone is super sharp, which is precisely how all provolone should be.
