I can’t believe this place closed! Seppuku wings were good - although I only
got through 10⁄12 before time ran out (doubtful I could even eat 12 mild wings
in 3 min….). Need to find a new spot for spicy wings in NYC!
As I was preparing to walk home from the general area, I thought that I needed
some sustenance to make the journey. The name beckoned me and I was in the mood
for a cold beer and tasty burger. Alas, ‘twas not to be as the small,
hand-written sign on the door said that B&BJ was closed. For some reason. I
made a mental note to return with matches and gasoline for them ruining my
desire to get fatter but I kept it moving.
I ate here with my children. They were craving some sushi. We had soup salad
and sushi. Soup was awesome!!! My 3 year old ate the whole bowl getting every
last drop in his mouth. We enjoyed the fresh salad with soy dressing. Perfect
ratio of salad to dressing. We ordered 2 spider rolls and a dragon roll. They
were so good my kids were licking the plate. Will return to try other things
on the menu.
Yes, it’s downright hearty, 5-star BBQ ribs which won against the Food
Network’s famous Chef Bobby Flay’s ribs. Say what?! Correcto mundo, it’s that
good.
Simply put, Cafe Du Monde represents the quintessential food experience in a
city that exhibits some of the best food in the United States.
Outstanding neighborhood bar - if I lived a few blocks from here I’d be here
every nioght - just like my buddies who live nearby do.
My first time ever in Cherry Creek and my first time at Cherry Cricket. Didn’t
know what to expect, except that the reviews were good. We went on a football
Sunday so it was kinda busy. It turned out we had a buzzer that didn’t work so
we had to wait a little longer than we should have.
Chick and Ruth’s is a great little place with unique décor, great employees,
and decent food. Now, don’t come here thinking that the food is gourmet… it
is straight up a large step above Denny’s with great ingredients and choices
but the sides and toast are just average.
CHEGG! I cannot say enough nice things about this place! Love their creative
(and mouthwatering) eats, friendly staffers with incredible memories (like our
server this past week that remembered what we ordered the day before!), and
quirky environment.
Everything is good. Get there early for breakfasts as there’s always a line!
Huge deli to browse while you wait. The menu is overwhelming so take your time
or get some recommendations from your server.
Just moved to San Antonio, my husband & I are foodies… love trying places we
see on TV. Recently went to Chunky’s after seeing a re-run of MvF & we were
dying for a good burger.
Italian dinner family style, done right. The rice balls are a big hit. I forgot
the exact name of the dish, but we ordered a rigatoni based platter and a
seafood based platter with scallops. Both were very good.
Kinda hard to locate on the GPS, but if you can find it you’ll enjoy all this
wonderful grub. I got the hubcap burger and it was awesome. I would certainly
come back when Im in Little Rock.
Simply put, this place was one of the best meals I (we) had on a 2-week cross
country road trip! Obviously, this place was on our radar because of Man vs.
Food, and since we happened to be driving through Amarillo around lunchtime on
our way to Albuquerque, we stopped in. First, I got a little nervous when I
saw a crowd of abut 10 people waiting outside. Great, a huge wait. Well, it
was about noon on a Saturday, so what could we expect.
Came here while visiting with some friends in SLC. After seeing this place on
Man vs. Food, we decided to try it out.
I won’t say they have the best horse/ponyshoes around, but that’s just because
I haven’t tried enough other places around to town to make that call (Dublin
Pub’s is pretty good too).
I can’t say enough good things about Dain’s Place but here’s a start at why
this place will always be considered our go to place..
I love you, DaisyCakes, I really do / I love you, DaisyCakes, and I’ll be true
/ When you’re not near me, I’m blue / Oh, DaisyCakes, I love you!
Like other reviews said about the location. Away from tourist & close to the
dam. Got there around 11:30am today, Sunday, & was glad that there’s no line
because we are heading back to Dallas & don’t want to wait 30min or more just
for Sunday lunch.
Every trip to Reading Terminal Market forces that same inner monologue:
