The Hole In the Wall

I love dive bars so this place gets 5 stars from me because it is about as divey as they come. It reminds me a lot of the old Red 7 before it went through a fancy make-over.

The mood is dark, the live music is loud and they have a decent selection of beers to pick from. East Side King now exists in the back so you have pretty good food options.

The Hole In the Wall hands down has the worst bathrooms in Austin. Be prepared to catch a disease from their toilet if you don’t first break your neck trying to stay upright on it. Best bet on this is to just squat and try not to touch anything.
