Wing Dome

tv show: Heat Seekers

One of my all time favorite restaurants! Used to go to the ones in The U District and Capitol Hill when they only had beer! This location has a full bar - even better!

The Crab Pot

tv show: Man v. Food

We ordered the "Westport" mixed seafood for two. The crabs were cooked just right. Not under not over. Of course that was the first thing we dug into. Clams, Oysters, Shrimp were good as well. Nothing over or under cooked. The wait staff were very helpful and quick. Not too busy...The Widmer Hef is a great choice to drink...a bit citrus and sweet with some fuzz going down hit the spot.

Red Mill Burgers

tv show: Man v. Food

This place simply kicks ass. And I mean simply. Just a pretty basic burger, not a lot of customization, cash only. Love walking in and seeing the pounds of bacon on the stove.

Beth's Cafe

tv show: Man v. Food

We start chowing down at it and oh my I'm in heaven. Each bite is awesome goodness. The hash was also cooked very well. Nice and brown and a little bit of crunch to it. After im done over eating, there was alot of food left and decided to get it to go.

Skillet Street Food

tv show: Meat & Potatoes

Im fairly easily persuaded. A woman who falls prey to simple whims you could say. Advertisers should love me. I mean really! I can watch an episode of Spongebob Squarepants and end up wanting a hamburger after seeing a single Krabby Patty... so when Kristin C. sent me a picture of a crispy piece of chicken wrapped in a waffle I really had no choice. I relented completely to my impulses and went with her to wait and wait and WAIT for the aforementioned chicken & waffles.

Satay

tv show: Meat & Potatoes

Been going to MSH forever, for years. I very often go to the one in Redmond, since it's close to some of my favorite clients.

Tat's Delicatessen

tv show: Meat & Potatoes

Tat's is my favorite Philly joint in Seattle. I know a lot of people prefer Calozzi's, but I like how Tat's keeps their meat unchopped and in large pieces. It makes them more tender and not dried out. I usually ask for extra seasoning on mine as I prefer mine a bit saltier.

Stuffy's II

tv show: Outrageous Food

This is the second, larger location (FYI, the original Stuffy's location no longer exists). The Dulings have always had gigantic portions on the menu in the near-25 years Stuffy's has been open.

Fran's Chocolates

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

I shared them with Mr. L, but told him he had to hurry or they'd be gone. As Ben P. says, "Chocolate is a demanding mistress."

Revel

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

Wow! Revel is one of those spots that is people are always talking about. It's a hot spot. it's unique. It's Korean fusion. To be honest, I didn't really know what to expect. I was blown away by the unique menu offerings, large portions, and the nonstop flavors.

Le Pichet

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

I literally dream of the dijon mustard served here. my husband and I stopped here for a leisurely lunch on a monday, and it did not disappoint.

Toulouse Petit

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

I toyed here with five stars versus four stars. I don't like to spit them out like a Pez dispenser, but I could not find anything to complain about or criticize. And as my wife and prior reviews can attest, I am one hell of a whiner, and can pretty much always find something that is fouled up, or at best, could be made better.

Cafe Juanita

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

The assorted breads, all two plates full which I embarrassingly ate the most of, we're delicious and fresh and accompanied with creamy butter.

Lola

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

Their breakfast is BY FAR THE BEST! And although it's not very much Greek or Mediterranean, it's still amazing regardless.

Serious Pie

tv show: The Best Thing I Ever Ate

Every time I come to Seattle on a daytrip, I end up having to rush back to the border, eating some stupid crap on the way. But this time, I was overnighting it, had the time to wait for a table, and thus determined to put some Serious Pie in my face. Finally.
