Tasty, family-run, decent prices, and a Houston tradition - what's not to love? You aren't going to find a plethora of donuts, but you will find some great bagels, breads, cakes, cupcakes, pies, and cookies. Love this place.

We came across the 710 Grille while looking for a sit down burger place that didn't feel rushed. It's now our go-to celebratory lunch stop. The wings are great and you can even add some spice with all the extra levels of heat available.

I decided to try this place out after seeing that their "Dad's Killer Sandwich" won the award for Best Sandwich in Des Moines. So I headed over there on my lunch break. First off, one of the above reviews is correct, there is a musty/old odor in the air. I don't necessarily think it's from mold or moisture as much as it is from the place being so old. It's been in the neighborhood for decades.

Overall I like what they are trying to do here. I have eaten here twice and enjoyed it, first time better than the second but I attribute that to what I ordered. I had a hamburger (Paradise city burger) the first time and it was delicious, second time I had a brisket sandwich you dip like a French dip (the Napoleon). The fries are seasoned well and they use the crushed ice (my personal favorite). Most of the items on the menu sound good to me or at least they make them sound food to me. On the other hand my wife said she had a hard time picking something because nothing really sounded good to her because there was not enough "plain" things on the menu, whatever that means.

The outside of the restaurant is totally unassuming in a strip mall next to the DMV. I live half a mile behind this place, drive past it all the time, and never once considered coming here. Then I attended a post-baptism luncheon here, and while I can't speak for the regular restaurant service, I would most definitely look to Bartolini's if I needed to host a shower or other small event.

Well, there were two pizzas here that I loved and would rotate between, and one of them was removed from the menu about a year ago, never to return. With it goes a star. R.I.P., Cherry Pesto.

This place was probably one of the highlights of my trip. my friend at work went a few months earlier and even did the ribeye for 6 or some craziness like that.

I was skeptical coming into Burger Jones based on the mixed reviews for this place. A gleaming recommendation from a coworker and the factor of convenience to my wife's favorite yoga spot saw our destinies collide face first into one of the best burgers I've ever had.

Cactus Bob's is one of our favorite local BBQ's joints. Amazing food for a great price. I'm especially in love with their Chuckwagon sandwich, the baked beans, and the pickles. Oh the pickles-sweet with a little heat-so good!

I am one of those that absolutely hates hot dogs. For me, they generally tastes awful and make my stomach feel awful. Those days are behind me thanks to Chicago's Dog House. In this small local joint, I got to behold one of the most delicious delicious sausages. That is right double the deliciousness.

Really authentic fish and chips. Curry mashed potatoes, amazing. I actually cant remember if they came that way or if I ordered a side of curry and added the mashed potatoes. Either way, amazing...

I don't know about what some of these other reviewers have had to say, but we went on a weekend at 4:00pm, there was no wait for either the dining area or bar seating area. Our waiter was nice, I don't believe he ever mentioned his name.

I'm so glad these guys reopened. Yeah a bazillion flavors of wings but who wants to try #376 BUTTERSCOTCH BANANA? For real. I don't care I give you points for that bizarre sh*t. That's just crazy and by all means you have every right to count those.

We go here about every other week. These people know how to run a diner. The food isn't the world's best, after all it's diner food, but it's good and consistent. Even when the place is packed, the kitchen turns out product fast, the wait staff is well trained and always friendly and place is always clean even though they never close.
